Terms and Conditions Rental

RESERVATION
After sending the reservation form you will receive a confirmation of receipt. After processing your reservation request, you will receive a reservation confirmation with the request to transfer € 100,- reservation costs to our bank account. Once we have received the payment, your reservation is final. If you have stayed the entire reserved period, these reservation costs will be deducted from your final invoice.

CANCELLATION
- If you cancel more than 30 days before the start of your stay, we will keep € 25,- as administration costs and we will refund the remaining amount to you.
- If you cancel 30 days or less before the start of your stay, there will be no refund of the reservation costs.

DELAYED ARRIVAL
If your arrival is delayed, please inform us as soon as possible. If you do not provide anything, your reservation will expire the next day.

EARLY DEPARTURE
If you leave earlier than indicated in your reservation, there will be no refund of the reservation costs paid.

RESERVATION 
After sending the reservation form you will receive a confirmation of receipt. After processing your reservation request, you will receive a reservation confirmation with the request to transfer a deposit to our bank account. Once we have received the payment, your reservation is final. The deposit for the rental accommodations is 30% of the total rent (including all surcharges and tourist tax). The remaining amount must be transferred two months before the arrival date.

CANCELLATION
- If you cancel more than 30 days before the start of your stay, 30% of the total booking amount is due.
- If you cancel 30 days or less before the start of your stay, 100% of the booking amount is due.
We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance.

DELAYED ARRIVAL
If your arrival is delayed, please inform us as soon as possible. If you do not provide anything, your reservation will expire the next day. Late arrival does not entitle to a reduction of the rent.

EARLY DEPARTURE
If you leave earlier than indicated in your reservation, there will be no refund of the rent.

IMPORTANT POINTS FROM THE HOUSEHOLD REGULATIONS
- SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED IN PUBLIC AREAS AND PLAYGROUNDS.
- For safety reasons, the use of playground equipment is prohibited after 22:00. Parents are responsible for any nuisance or destruction by the children.
- Guide your children to the river, sanitary facilities or swimming pool.
- It must be quiet at the campsite from midnight.
- It is forbidden to make open fires outside the designated places on the campsite.

DRIVING ON THE CAMPSITE
You must drive at walking pace (10 km / h). It is not allowed to drive on the campsite between 22:30 and 7:00. Leave the car or motorcycle in the parking lot if you arrive later or if you want to leave before 7:00 am.

PETS 
Pets must be kept on a lead at all times on the campsite. Any feces should be removed immediately. The dogs must be chipped and the validity of the vaccination must be proven by means of a vaccination certificate.

HOUSEHOLD WASTE
Garbage bags with waste must be taken to the bins (separate glass, paper, cardboard and residual waste).

HOUSEHOLD REGULATIONS RENTAL
- IN THE RENTAL ACCOMMODATION, SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED.
- On arrival we ask a deposit of € 150, - which will be refunded if the rental is left properly on departure.
- You must bring your own towels & tea towels or you can rent a towel set from us.

LIABILITY
The tenant is liable for damage to the landlord's property during the period he has booked. At the end of the rental period, the household contents are checked in the presence of the tenant. The landlord cannot be held liable for damage to the tenant's property during the rental period, unless there is intent or gross negligence on the part of the landlord.

FINAL CLEANING
The rental accommodation must be left tidy on departure. Think about:
- store the dishes clean and dry in the cupboards. 
- the cooker and oven must be cleaned.
- Remove the sheets from the used beds and put them on the sofa together with the dirty laundry.
- empty and clean the dustbin. Take the garbage bag to the road bins (separated glass, paper, cardboard and residual waste).
- everything that has become more dirty than can be expected in normal use must be cleaned. 
If during the final inspection it appears that these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to charge additional cleaning costs.

PETS 
Dogs are allowed in our accommodations, but for hygienic reasons they are not allowed on the beds or the sofa. Other pets are not allowed. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times on the campsite (outside the accommodation). Any feces should be removed immediately. The dogs must be microchipped and the validity of the vaccination must be proven by means of a vaccination certificate.
